Why this service exists
After an accident, most people do not know a single attorney and do not want to spend an evening comparing billboards. This site exists to make the first step simple: tell us what happened once, in plain words, and let an independent Nevada attorney who handles that kind of case decide whether they can help. Las Vegas is a city of visitors, shift workers and new arrivals, so the service runs by phone around the clock, with Alex, our intake assistant, answering at (725) 212-4114.
What happens to your information
When you send an enquiry, we review the basics, such as the type of accident, where and when it happened, and whether someone was hurt. Your details may then be passed to one or more independent attorneys licensed in Nevada. Those attorneys are not our employees; each decides independently whether to contact you, and any relationship you form is directly with them. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled, and the terms set out the rules of the site.
What we value
Plain information
Our guides explain Nevada rules with the statute numbers so you can check them yourself. No pressure and no jargon.
No promises we cannot keep
We never promise an outcome, a settlement amount or that an attorney will take a case. Every situation is different.
Your choice at every step
Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything. You choose whether to talk to an attorney and whether to hire one.
Respect for your time
A one-minute form or a single phone call is enough to start.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from an attorney about your own situation. For general information, start with the Nevada accident guide, the FAQ or the accident types, or send an enquiry through the contact page.
